- High school graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- Minimum 3 years of related experience in Window Tint and PPF Installation from any reputable automotive brand like Mercedes Benz, BMW, VW, Audi, Porsche
- Clean and prepare vehicles in advance of Paint Protection Film.
- Be able to install film at a professional level and capable of completing quality tint jobs in a timely manner
- Review the quality of the finished product and make alterations as necessary.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Be able to make recommendations based on customer needs
- Bring a positive attitude to work everyday
- Must possess a keen attention to detail
- Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a strong sense of organization, prioritization and professional communication skills
- Meticulous, clean and organized
- Able to follow directions very well
- Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes
- Must be able to work both independently and as a team member
- Assure all tools and equipment to be maintained properly on a daily basis
- Responsible for personal safety as well as safety of team members and others
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret written information and instructions
- Ability to manage film and tool inventory
- Willingness to work flexible hours
