  • Diagnose, repair, perform and maintain vehicles as described on repair order in accordance with factory standards
  • Diagnose the cause of vehicle malfunctions and recommend/perform appropriate repairs

  •  Examine vehicle to identify necessary repair or maintenance items that may not be included on the repair order, and communicate to Service Advisor orTeam Leader

  •  Communicate with the Parts Department to obtain needed parts

  •  Notify Service Advisor or Team Leader immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined on repair order is not needed, or if repairs cannotbe completed by the time promised.

  • Clearly and accurately document all work performed

  •  Follow warranty material disposition procedures. Save and tag parts of the jobs if required by the customer

  •  Maintain the order and cleanliness of customer cars and work areas

  •  Account for all center-owned tools at all times. Return tools to the proper place and in the same condition as they were received

  •  Minimum of 3+ years of dealer-level or large facility experience

  •  Can adapt and embrace change with an internal and external customer centric mindset

  •  Act as an advocate for teammates and have a strong commitment to technology advancement

  •  Possesses effective communication skills: oral, written, listening.

  •  Works well with customers, promotes a positive image of the company, strives to solve issues raised by customers

  • •Able to use diagnostic and programming tools

  •  The ability to work independently with limited supervision and the motivation to continually increase product knowledge should be evident.

  •  Must be in UAE (Abu Dhabi – preferred)

  • Must have UAE Driver’s License
