- Diagnose, repair, perform and maintain vehicles as described on repair order in accordance with factory standards
Diagnose the cause of vehicle malfunctions and recommend/perform appropriate repairs
Examine vehicle to identify necessary repair or maintenance items that may not be included on the repair order, and communicate to Service Advisor orTeam Leader
Communicate with the Parts Department to obtain needed parts
Notify Service Advisor or Team Leader immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined on repair order is not needed, or if repairs cannotbe completed by the time promised.
Clearly and accurately document all work performed
Follow warranty material disposition procedures. Save and tag parts of the jobs if required by the customer
Maintain the order and cleanliness of customer cars and work areas
Account for all center-owned tools at all times. Return tools to the proper place and in the same condition as they were received
Minimum of 3+ years of dealer-level or large facility experience
Can adapt and embrace change with an internal and external customer centric mindset
Act as an advocate for teammates and have a strong commitment to technology advancement
Possesses effective communication skills: oral, written, listening.
Works well with customers, promotes a positive image of the company, strives to solve issues raised by customers
•Able to use diagnostic and programming tools
The ability to work independently with limited supervision and the motivation to continually increase product knowledge should be evident.
Must be in UAE (Abu Dhabi – preferred)
Must have UAE Driver’s License
